Desert Rig Contractors is hiring an Offshore Drilling HSE Advisor to support jack-up rig operations in Saudi Arabia.The successful candidate will provide frontline HSE support for offshore drilling campaigns, including safety inspections, toolbox meetings, permit-to-work monitoring, incident reporting, contractor safety coordination, emergency response readiness, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Support offshore HSE programs and daily safety activities.Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments onboard drilling assets.Monitor permit-to-work compliance and high-risk activities.Support incident investigation and corrective action tracking.Promote a strong offshore safety culture across drilling crews.
Requirements
NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE qualification preferred.Experience in offshore drilling, jack-up rigs, or oil and gas operations.Knowledge of permit-to-work, H2S safety, and emergency response practices.Comfortable working offshore on rotation.
