Oceanic FPSO Solutions is seeking an experienced FPSO Maintenance Planner to support planned maintenance activity for offshore production assets based in Singapore. This role is suited for professionals with strong experience in maintenance planning, CMMS coordination, shutdown preparation, and offshore production asset reliability.
The successful candidate will work closely with offshore maintenance teams, operations supervisors, marine personnel, reliability engineers, vendors, and client representatives to ensure maintenance work packs are properly planned, scheduled, tracked, and closed out. The role will support both routine maintenance and campaign-based maintenance activities across FPSO operations.
Key responsibilities include preparing maintenance schedules, coordinating spare parts availability, reviewing work orders, supporting backlog reduction, assisting with shutdown planning, maintaining CMMS data quality, and ensuring maintenance activities align with safety, production, and regulatory requirements.
Candidates should have prior experience working with FPSO, offshore production facilities, marine assets, or oil and gas maintenance environments. Familiarity with planned maintenance systems, permit-to-work processes, offshore safety standards, and multi-discipline maintenance coordination will be highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and campaign maintenance plans for FPSO assets.
- Coordinate work orders, maintenance schedules, material readiness, and offshore execution windows.
- Support shutdown, turnaround, and major maintenance planning activities.
- Monitor maintenance backlog and assist with prioritization of critical work scopes.
- Maintain accurate CMMS records and ensure work order data quality.
- Coordinate with offshore maintenance, marine, production, and HSE teams.
- Support vendor coordination, spare parts planning, and technical documentation tracking.
- Assist with maintenance performance reporting and reliability improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of maintenance planning experience in offshore oil and gas, FPSO, marine, or heavy industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS or planned maintenance systems.
- Good understanding of offshore maintenance execution, permit-to-work, and production operations.
- Strong planning, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting FPSO or floating production assets will be an advantage.
